Appointments

Appointment requests are subject to availability and salon confirmation. Deposits, cancellation terms, late-arrival rules, no-show charges, and other booking policies displayed during checkout apply to each appointment.

SMS appointment notifications

When you voluntarily select the SMS consent checkbox during online booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages from AH Braiding concerning your appointment. Messages may include request confirmations, approval or denial notices, payment-related appointment updates, rescheduling notices, cancellations, and service reminders.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to stop receiving future appointment text notifications. Reply HELP for help, email adjiashairbraiding@gmail.com, or call (210) 812-8121. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment; you may continue to receive appointment communications by email.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and mobile service. Supported carriers and message availability may change.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
